STAKEHOLDER MEETING

The Stakeholder Meeting for our project took place at the premises of our implementation partner MAHAN Trust, the Mahatma Gandhi Tribal Hospital, in Dharni, Melghat, Maharashtra, India.

The agenda of the day followed the rules from Gold Standard - as Certification Standard.

human health and well-being."

After all preparations the team is ready to start the Stakeholder Meeting – at around 42 degrees in Melghat.

The day starts with a registration of all guests and a welcome package, including a face mask, a bottle of the REDO Drinking Water Disinfectant, info material as well as some snacks and especially drinks against the heat.

Tanmay Mategaonkar holds the introduction and presents the project concept and the implemented technology to the participants.

Microbiologist B. Bharambe shows the dosing of the Drinking Water Disinfectant on the household level.

Afterwards the grievance mechanism for the project gets explained.

In a next step the planned project and its impacts are discussed with the participants of the Stakeholder Meeting.

Afterwards an intensive workshop on selected topics took place, including a feedback formula.

The stakeholder meeting had been announced in the villages over posters and by handing over invitations with the project description to selected households.

In addition, more man 200 invitations had been send out to stakeholders from Melghat and all over India, including government and science institutions.
